1. Work Type: accepts the narrative long film, the narrative short film, the documentary, the animation short film and so on each kind of independent movie work to participate in the competition.
2. Completion time: the works should be completed within the time limit specified by the official announcement of the film festival. Typically, long films are made after a certain date, and premieres must be in line with festival requirements.
3. Premiere Requirements: some units require the work to be first shown in public or in a specific region, specific requirements should refer to the official requirements of the film festival.
Registration and submission
1. Registration time: the deadline for early bird registration and regular registration will be set. Participants must complete the registration and submit their works within the specified time.
2. How to submit: all entries must be submitted through an online platform designated by the festival, such as FilmFreeway, etc. 
3. Entry fee: the entry fee varies depending on the type of work and the time of submission. Please refer to the official announcement of the film festival for the specific cost.
Criteria
1. Artistic and innovative: pay attention to the artistic expression of works and innovation, including narrative techniques, visual style, sound design and so on.
2. Content and theme: works with depth, breadth and unique perspectives are encouraged to inspire empathy and reflection.
3. Technology and production: to examine the technical level and production quality of works, including photography, editing, sound effects and other aspects of the degree of professionalism.
